About Us

We are a volunteer organization with the following aims and objectives:

  • To Foster, promote and teach track and field within the city of Burlington and to provide maximum opportunities for all eligible individuals to participate regardless of ability.

  • To develop and encourage sportsmanship and community spirit among all participants to the betterment of their physical, mental and social well-being.

  • To promote and sponsor such activities as may contribute to the financial well-being of the club.

  • We encourage you to try us out a couple of times before committing yourself to joining.

Track Running Facility

Junior Group - All Distances

Ages: 2009-2015 Year of Birth

Training days: Monday and Thursday evenings 6-7:30pm

Seasons:

January to March: Indoor Training

April to August: Outdoor Track

September/October: Cross Country

November/December: Indoor Training

Senior Distance Group

Ages: High school aged and up

Training days:

Monday and Wednesday evenings

Saturday mornings

Seasons:

January to March: Indoor Training

April to August: Outdoor Track

September/October: Cross Country

November/December: Indoor Training

Coaching Opportunity
Senior Sprint Group

Ages: High school aged and up
