
About Us
We are a volunteer organization with the following aims and objectives:

To Foster, promote and teach track and field within the city of Burlington and to provide maximum opportunities for all eligible individuals to participate regardless of ability.

To develop and encourage sportsmanship and community spirit among all participants to the betterment of their physical, mental and social well-being.

To promote and sponsor such activities as may contribute to the financial well-being of the club.

We encourage you to try us out a couple of times before committing yourself to joining.

Junior Group - All Distances
Ages: 2009-2015 Year of Birth
Training days: Monday and Thursday evenings 6-7:30pm
Seasons:
January to March: Indoor Training
April to August: Outdoor Track
September/October: Cross Country
November/December: Indoor Training
Senior Distance Group
Ages: High school aged and up
Training days:
Monday and Wednesday evenings
Saturday mornings
Seasons:
January to March: Indoor Training
April to August: Outdoor Track
September/October: Cross Country
November/December: Indoor Training
Coaching Opportunity
Senior Sprint Group
Ages: High school aged and up
