BTFC Board membership nomination process for AGM election:

Process for nomination of candidates to be elected to the board of directors for the Burlington Track and Field Club. Specific positions for consideration are:

  • President

  • Athletics Director

  • Treasurer

  • Secretary

  • Director at Large (4 positions)

 

All positions are open for nomination

Elected term is 1 year

Meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of most months and last between 1 and two hours
